Whereas wooden or rubber seals can be fragile, titanium is exceptionally durable. These seals come in two shapes, hollowed inwards and curved outwards. The shape is simple, but provides a good weighty feel and makes it easy to stamp. And with eight colors to choose from, you can choose a Samura-In that fits you best.

After our machine has accurately carved out the shapes, our workmen finish the product by hand to ensure that it is truly a unique seal that cannot be found anywhere else on this planet.
Our seals are made of titanium, a metal that is used in medical institutions for its antibacterial and sterilizing effects and the extreme rarity of its causing metal allergies. Wear, chipping and rust are a thing of the past with this highly durable material. Titanium does not give off that typical metal smell, nor does it give an unpleasant touch, instead it is a comfortable, reliable material that will empower your seal for yours to come.
Unlike most typical cylindrical seals on the market, Samura-In offers two unique shapes, hollowed in and extending out. The hollowed type offers a slim and refined look, and the extending type gives a relaxed impression and with its beautiful curves. Both are specifically designed to make stamping an effortless and comfortable experience, and will leave a beautiful imprint without any spots or irregularities.
We offer ten different colors to choose from, which can be combined to your own liking. Instead of using paint coating, we use oxide film techniques and ion plating techniques (black and gold) to color our seals, which allows anyone to give their seal their own unique flavor.

There are two methods of coloring: oxide film coating and ion plating (black and gold). Both techniques can be used at the same time to create a unique color combination.
【Oxide Film Type】A unique kind of beauty that changes its appearance under different angles of light.
(※Oxide film coating is a special technique where titanium is subjected to electric charge in acid, which causes the surface of the titanium to create an oxide layer. By adjusting the electric pressure and duration, the color and thickness can be controlled.)
【Ion Plating Type】Provides deep and lustrous colors, while also creating a thick texture.
(※Ion plating is a technique where titanium is placed and heated in a vacuum state using electric beams to give off steam, after which the resulting ions can be applied to the surface in plasma environment.)

We can also create these using your own original data, including brush calligraphy and felt-tip pens. These seals can also be officially registered, but feel free to also use the seal as a bank seal or personal seal.

If the lines are too thin, or if there is anything else that might disrupt the production process, we will request corrections. In principle, however, corrections are only available three times, after which a fee applies.
※As a rule, checking of seal impression is available only for bank seals, registered seals, and square corporate seals; we do not verify the surfaces of unregistered personal seals.
※Corrections of seal surface options (handwritten, original) are available up to three times, after which a fee applies (between approximately 3,000 and 20,000 yen).
